HELLO. My name is Simon Powell and I was featured in your paper and quoted as saying that I would definitely vote Conservative. I did not say this, my friend who is with me in the picture did, this being Simon Dixon.

I am not a Tory and neither is my friend as he only said it to get a balloon anyway. I do not like any of the Tory views and didn't even mention universities as William Hague did that, not me or my friend.

I am very sorry about this but as an A2 politics student in a class which does not agree with Conservative views this will cause me great discomfort and, as I said, this is not my opinion anyway. Thank you.
