LIZ Pomford is the new chairman, and at the April meeting a new committee was announced for the coming year.
Adrian James gave a talk and slide show called "Tempted to Travel", which covered six destinations, from Corsica to the Lebanon, and finishing at Lundy Island.
The next gathering will be for the birthday meal at Wharton Park Golf Club.
Visitors are welcome at meetings.
