GOALS by Craig Richards and John Baker gave Chaddesley Corbett Football Club a 2-0 victory at Cradley Town on Bank Holiday Monday.
The result boosted confidence, as just two days earlier the team had been beaten 2-1 at Darlaston Town, when Steve Meredith was the lone Chaddesley scorer.
Man-of-the-match in the Cradley game Chris Griffin said: "The harsh words among the players after Darlaston debacle paid dividends. We had a point to prove".
Chaddesley visit Bromyard on Saturday. Players to meet at Land Oak for 12.15pm.
