WOLVERLEY and Cookley closed the gap on Wyre Forest Parish Games leaders Upper Arley with success in the golf competition at Little Lakes Golf Club.
They are now three points behind the pacesetters who could only finish 6th out of the eight teams.
Golf results: 1 Wolverley/Cookley, 2 Churchill/Blakedown, 3 Bewdley, 4 Kidderminster Foreign, 5 Stone, 6 Upper Arley, 7 Stourport, 8 Rock.
The next event is archery, hosted by Wyre Forest Company of Archers at Arley Sports and Social Club at 1pm on Saturday May 14.
