SHEPHERD Developments has successfully completed the sale of the whole of its 17,500 sq ft office scheme, Ravens Court, in Ravensbank Business Park, Moons Moat.
The office building and one acre site has been bought by Broadfern, a privately-owned energy broking business which is expanding.
Broadfern is moving its 40 staff from Redditch's Oak Tree Park into the new building after fitting-out is completed.
Senior development manager at Shepherd Developments, Richard Whitehouse, said "We gain great satisfaction from the fact that this sale is assisting a local entrepreneurial business to fulfil its aspirations of business growth and improving the working environment for its staff."
Simon Butterfield, Broadfern partner, added: "This marks a major strategic business acquisition for us and will provide a long-term home for all members of the Broadfern team.
"We are delighted to have acquired such a high quality building and its location, just a stone's throw from our current office, offers major staff retention and recruitment benefits."
