Former Moseley & Worcester forward Mark Linnet was the principal speaker at Kings Norton's end of season dinner, held at the Westmead Hotel.
And there a boost to the Hopwood-based side with the news that flying winger Nick Baxter would be returning to the club after one final season with National One side Pertemps Bees.
Among the season's highlights were the installation of floodlights, the levelling of two pitches and the setting up of the already popular Rhinos junior rugby section.
Awards were presented to Matt James (leading try scorer), 2nd XI (team of the year), Paul McGlynn (clubman and most improved) Matt Eagles (young player), Phil Cooksey player of the year), Dave Ellis (players' player) and Jamie Clayton (most improved newcomer).
Matt Eagles was named first team skipper for next season.
