TRADITIONAL English folk music is on offer locally this month from the award-winning duo John Spiers and Jon Boden with their show In Concert Melodeon, Fiddle and two fine voices.
Jon Boden, who plays fiddle and is the lead singer, and John Spiers on melodeon/singer, were this year's winners of Best Duo on Radio 2's Folk Awards.
They appear as part of Shindig, Worcestershire's rural and community scheme, which aims to bring live arts to small venues locally.
Their first show in the area is on Friday at St Luke's Memorial Hall, Headless Cross.
Tickets are available on 545521. They can also be seen on Saturday, May 14, at Cookhill Village Hall (tickets on 892225) and on Sunday, May 15, at Feckenham Village Hall (tickets on 892130).
