A FUNDRAISING social evening will be held by Upton RNLI at the Memorial Hall on Friday, March 4, at 7.30pm. A crew member from the Penarth Lifeboat Station will give a talk, followed by a fish and chip supper. There will also be a bar, raffle and RNLI charity stall.
