Worcester City fans will be able to have their input into plans to level the St George's Lane ground next month.

Public consultation will be held in March, when football club bosses will reveal the name of the housing developer they have signed an "exclusivity" deal with for the land.

The plans - to knock down the 100-year-old ground to make way for housing - will be exhibited in March and submitted to Worcester City Council at the end of April.

The cash from the sale will help pay for City's new ground. This will either be at Nunnery Way, or at two other unnamed sites in Worcester which the club is known to be looking at.
