I AM writing about the abuse of Jess the Rottweiler.
I cannot believe anyone could be so cruel to any animal. This poor dog must have been so scared. I think you were right to show the picture of Jess, upsetting as it was.
I think the law should be changed. That woman should have been given a lifetime ban.
