TENNIS: Wythall B were pushed back into the Division 4 relegation fight by a 3-1 defeat against leaders Warwick Boat Club.
Wythall's Kevin Turner and Joe Singleton played Ayton and Skidmore first and lost 6-3 6-4. Then second pair Rob Spencer and Colin Capper took on Vicary and Wade from Warwick, losing the first set 6-2 but winning the second 6-4 before losing the third on a tiebreak.
The reverse rubbers saw Turner and Singleton beat Vicary and Wade 7-6 6-1.
The final rubber went to Warwick as Capper and Spencer lost out to Ayton and Skidmore 7-6.
