IT would be nice if Worcester City Council took a leaf out of Wolverhampton City Council's book and started giving out fines to people who park vehicles on the pavement, making it very difficult for people to pass, especially wheelchairs and pushchairs.
They should also be handing out fines to vehicles who park on the grass verges and leave the area in a disgraceful mess.
