THE body of a man has been discovered at Stourport High School.
It is believed to be that of a contract worker, and was found in a changing room by a member of staff at 7.40am today.
Pupils were asked to return home and the school was closed for the day to allow police to carry out their investigations.
"The death is being treated as unexplained," said acting Det Insp Gary Watson, of North Worcestershire police.
"A post mortem will be carried out in due course and a report submitted to the coroner."
No one from the school was available to comment as the Evening News went to press.
