PARENTS and teachers at Hanley Swan Primary School raised more than £1,000 at a sponsored indoor rowing event at Malvern Splash on Saturday.
Headteacher Anna Streather, a team member, said: "It was a super evening and the Splash were brilliant."
The money will go towards a £5,000 adventure playground project.
Mrs Streather said: "We've got a little way to go before we're there, but hopefully it won't be long before we see development in the playground."
