HARTLEBURY-based event presentation company, DRP Group, proved it had the X-tra ingredient when it was called on to produce a conference featuring X Factor star, Tabby.
The company helped stage the 2004 Thomas Cook annual conference in Gran Canaria.
It was the first time Tabby had performed since coming third in the television show, which generated high ratings.
Dale Parmenter, project director and managing director of DRP, said: "We were delighted that Tabby could attend the event and his performance was excellent.
"Quite a few of our crew are X Factor fans and you can imagine they were pleased to meet one of the stars.
"Tabby went down fantastically with the audience. It really was the perfect finale for a superb conference."
The presentation firm has worked with Thomas Cook for 21 years, organising and running conferences, events, video and communication strategies in the UK and abroad.
