AT my age, I regard my phone as my lifeline. Nevertheless, I use common sense. I am not an irresponsibly prolific phone user.
Nevertheless, when I paid my last bill, my combined pension and attendance allowance was reduced by more than 50 per cent! Clearly our pensions are inadequate.
Needless to say, I am far too impoverished to have a mobile. I am one of Britain's suffering oldsters.
