MATHEW Back will face a verbal dressing down from Worcester coach Adrian Skeggs after reacting angrily to being substituted at Bedford.
The former Welsh international threw his shirt on the floor in front of the main stand after being replaced by Ian Calder early in the second half and will now face the wrath of Skeggs.
He said: "It's the most unprofessional thing he has done since I've been at the club and he did it in front of everybody.
"I'm going to have to have a chat to him because the guy has played at international level, he knows what and what not to do -- he should know better than that.
"I don't think he will be fined but we've got to make an example of it. How he reacts to this incident is very important now.
"I will obviously have to talk with the management now because we just cannot afford this stupidity."
He added: "He wasn't doing it on the pitch and that's why he was brought off - he's got to look at himself and his game rather than taking out his frustration in front of the crowd."
