PROMISING Worcester City youngster Shabir Khan comes into the frame for his league debut at the weekend.
Left back Paul Carty is suspended for the trip to Cambridge City after picking up five bookings, forcing manager John Barton to reshuffle his back line.
And after an assured display against Moor Green in the Dr Martens Cup, Khan has played himself into Barton's thoughts.
"Shabir definitely comes into the reckoning for Saturday but Barry Woolley is fit so we've got a few options," said Barton.
"Jon Holloway could move to right back and Allan Davies switch to the left back slot but that's something I've got to think about."
City will bid to extend their unbeaten run to seven games in the Dr Martens Premier Division and keep in touch with leaders Crawley Town.
Third-placed Stafford Rangers can move level on points with Weymouth, currently occupying runners-up spot, if they win at Newport County tonight.
City entertain Halesowen Town on Monday in the Worcestershire Senior Cup semi-final.
The youth team will move a step closer to the PASE League title with victory over Southport at Perrywood, Droitwich Road, today (2pm).
