David Quigley made a return visit after two years, to give a recital in Kidderminster Library on Friday.
The programme included music by Scarlatti, Haydn, Liszt, Brahms and Ravel, and Rachmaninov's Prelude in G sharp minor as an encore.
Mr Quigley also played a piece which was written for him by Philip Hammond, entitled Ho Hum Hill NH.
Last Friday, The Dadelson Trio, appeared in Kidderminster Library in the first of the CBSO on the Road recital series to be organised by the society.
Tomorrow night, the guest presenter will be Christopher Fifield who will talk about, and play recordings of, Kathleen Ferrier.
Visitors will be welcome at Holy Innocents Community Centre to hear this presentation, which starts at 7.30pm. A nominal entry fee will include refreshments.
