WEST Midland Safari Park is teeming with tots following an unprecedented baby boom.
And keepers are bracing themselves for the imminent arrival of yet more newcomers.
More than 10 different species have given birth in the last four weeks, including wolves, wallabies, pigmy goats and water buffalo. Deputy warden Angela Potter said staff were coping well with the unexpected boom.
"We seem to have done extremely well - things are popping out all over the place," she said.
"The weather's been dismal, but we seem to be coping well.
"It's unusual for so many different species to give birth in such a short period of time."
Several new animals have been introduced to the park's collection, including African wild dogs.
