POLICE are hunting thieves who grabbed an angler's prized collection of fishing tackle from his car.
The £1,700 haul was taken from a Ford Mondeo parked on the Walshes Estate, Stourport, when the back window was smashed sometime between 8pm on Monday and 8am the following day. The vehicle's radio was also ripped out.
The fishing gear included two Shakespeare rods. Anyone with information can contact the police on 08457 444888.
