SO there I was, sat slurping my bubble gum flavour slush puppie and donning my 3D glasses - yes, it was time to pretend to be a six-year-old again.

The Cortez Family are at it again, saving the world, only this time they have to do it from inside a virtual reality video game.

The evil bad guy The Toy Maker, played by Sylvester Stallone, is getting children everywhere to part with all their pocket money to purchase his new must-have video game Game Over.

Little do they know that when played it turns them into mindless zombies controlled only by the game.

Juni Cortez is dispatched into the game to reach the unwinnable level 5 and shut the game down but he's only got until midnight to do it.

In the meantime the audience is treated to giant battling robots, madcap races, lava surfing and action-a-plenty.

The entertainment is fun, fast and furious, greatly enhanced by the

weird and wonderful world of 3D.

My kids, aged six and seven rated Spy Kids 3 as 10 out of 10 which is praise indeed. MW
