IT was all smiles for proud mums who collected their prizes in the highly successful Wyre Forest Baby of the Year competition.
The contest, run by the Shuttle/Times and News in conjunction with Kidderminster's Swan shopping centre and Tippers picture framers, brought a huge response from readers.
A total of 342 babies took part and more than 6,000 votes were cast on our special telephone lines.
The prizewinners received their framed portraits this week from Ross Walmsley, advertisement manager of the Shuttle/Times and News; Swan centre manager Margaret Moon; and picture framer Richard Tipper.
The overall winner was Stourport's Honor Farebrother from the 11-18 months category. The 0-10 months section was won by Mia Cutliffe, of Bewdley, while the 19-24 months prize went to Charlie Lloyd-Perks, of Kidderminster.
