Nicholson got her first for VC just before half time giving Reds Ladies stand-in keeper Caz Freeman no chance.
Nicholson's angled shot doubled VC's lead before Lucy Rawsthorne added a third.
Redditch Reserves host Hayes Harriers next weekend at 2pm.
