They have just spent £1m in Evesham making Waterside into Paradise. Their council chamber in Pershore resembles a Tower of Babel. Now they plan to mask Droitwich Spa water tower by suspending shrubs in planters hanging from it.
Do they think its another Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Mention Wychavon and many Spa folk do mutter "Sodom!"
