HAVE you felt so strongly about something you've seen on television that you felt you had to complain about it? Do you think that sometimes television just takes things too far? Is the idea of the television "watershed" still important in the 21st century?

We want to talk to viewers for a major Channel 4 documentary about the history of controversial television in Britain.

From the Parliamentary uproar that ensued after the utterance of the first "f" word on television in 1965 to the Sex Pistols expletive strewn interview with Bill Grundy in 1976 to the recent controversy over the Channel 4 documentary My Foetus, this programme will document changing social attitudes via the ever shifting world of television.

Perhaps you remember complaining about The Wednesday Play in the 1960s, The Sweeney in the 1970s or felt driven to banning Channel 4 in your house when it started in 1982? Whatever the television programme you've felt strongly about, past or present, we would very much like to hear from you.

If you can help, please call Steve on 0207 7493148, or write to Steve G, Monkey Television, Biscuit Building, 10 Redchurch Street, London E2 7DD. Please be assured that all responses are dealt with in the strictest confidence. We look forward to hearing from you.
