RBL WOMEN'S SECTION: The May meeting took place at St Wulstan's Hall. Ray Green, who was delegate at the National Conference at Blackpool, gave her report. Names were taken for helpers for the cake and tombola stalls the branch is running at Pershore Carnival on May 31.
Names were also taken from members who wish to attend the mystery tour and meal on June 22.
The entertainment took the form of a picture quiz organised and run by Sheila Grantham. The meeting closed at 9.30pm.
The next meeting is on June 1 when the speaker will be Mr T Deakin from Lea and Perrins. Old and new members welcome.
