JAN Molby says Kidderminster Harriers' fans can look forward to watching a 'new-look' side next season.
The Aggborough director of football is turning his attention to next term after Harriers virtually guaranteed their Nationwide League Division Three survival with a 2-1 home win over promotion-chasing Huddersfield Town last Monday.
Molby, whose side are in action at Cambridge United this afternoon, said: "I think we've got the frame-work for a decent side, but that's only half the squad. There has to be changes.
"I know what I want to do, but it takes time because we don't have the funds to do anything quickly."
Former Liverpool star Molby said he would be searching for 'people who want to play and compete' and that some current players had been 'in one place too long'.
"That very quickly happens, people just get a little too comfortable with the surroundings and manager.
"Although we have a budget that guarantees you nothing but relegaion I still think we can do things, but it's going to take time. We'll keep battling away."
Molby said he would be 'delighted' to be at Aggborough again next season following his return to the club for a second spell in October to take over from sacked Ian Britton.
He said Harriers directors had indicated nothing to suggest that he would not be staying 'even after last Saturday's match at Carlisle which was the type of performance that gets managers the sack."
