CHILDREN enjoyed the spring sunshine while taking part in a variety of half-term activities at Upton's Hill Centre.
The regular Kids Kapers play scheme kicked off on Thursday (April 8), alongside cricket coaching workshops being run by District Sports Services. Children have been taking part in a wide range of activities, including T-shirt printing, biscuit baking and egg decorating.
Organiser Nicki Taha said the scheme had proved to be a big success, with a steady flow of children turning up to take part. She said: "It's all going very well and the kids are having a whale of a time. We've been out making the most of the sunshine."
The play scheme and cricket coaching run from 9am to 5pm until next Wednesday (April 21).
