GENEROUS knitters had a great time when they met at a Worcester church to make hats, scarves, gloves and teddy bears for charity.
The Worcester branch of Operation Christmas Child, which sends items to war-torn or impoverished areas, held the Knit 'n' Knatter session on Tuesday, April 13.
Fourteen people attended the event, with a few new faces introduced to the group.
"We were very pleased with the day. We had a good time, introduced some new people to knitting and had a good natter," said organiser Brian Hatfield
The group meets at St Paul's Church, St Paul's Street, in the city centre, on every second Tuesday of the month.
