MOTORSPORT: Around 3,500 motorsport fans turned up for the action-packed Red Marley Hill Climb on Sunday and Monday.
The historic event, a roaring success since it was revived in 2000 at Great Witley's Walsgrove Farm after a near 30-year absence, attracted riders from all over the country.
It featured hundreds of classic bikes, all of them built before 1970, with more than 130 competitors taking part in four classes.
Star of the event was Birmingham's Arthur Browning who set a new hill record of 20.1 seconds on his 1965 564cc Jawa and won the all-comers race and over 350cc class.
The pre-1950 Rigid Frame section went to Oxfordshire's Arthur Walton and the up to 350cc section was won by Ludlow's Doug Sherborne.
Best Herefordshire and Worcestershire performance came from Bromyard's Phil Edwards who was second in the over 350cc section on his 1964 650cc Tri Metisse.
