TNT Express Services' employees earned more than pennies for their thoughts when they raised thousands of pounds for disabled and disadvantaged youngsters, after completing a company questionnaire.
Staff at the company in Hartlebury, near Droitwich, answered questions on employee satisfaction and health and safety when they filled in TNT's annual People Survey.
The company pledged to donate £1 for everyone who completed the questionnaire, and raised £6,415 for the Wooden Spoon children's charity.
"We were delighted with the response to this survey," said Chris Fowkes, director of quality for TNT Express Services.
"The valuable feedback will help us maintain our position at the leading edge of employee care and development."
The questionnaire took place at the beginning of this month.
