GLOUCESTERSHIRE gained quick revenge over Worcestershire Seconds with victory in the second of two one-day friendlies at New Road.

They were declared winners on a faster run-rate, having reached 194-2 in 37.3 overs in pursuit of the County's 223-9 when rain stopped play.

Dominic Hewson (110) and Michael Sutliff (62) led the way for the visitors.

Earlier Reuben Spiring hit 59, Gurdeep Kandola 46 and Kadeer Ali 39 for Worcestershire, with Mark Hardinge taking 4-26.
