FOOD service opportunities for regional food producers are growing, according to Midlands regional food group, Heart of England Fine Foods (HEFF).
To give would-be suppliers an insight into how to approach the sector, HEFF is running a one-day conference.
'Beyond Retail: your future in food service,' is due to take place tomorrow, at the Stone Manor Hotel, near Kidderminster.
Following the interactive morning and afternoon sessions, the panel of experts - including TV chefs, restaurateurs, food writers and catering managers - will answer questions from the floor.
Chef Brian Turner will also run a cooking master class, demonstrating the versatility and the benefits of using regional foods.
