THE Manor Park Club is staging a squash open day next Saturday (February 7).
Open to non-members, the event, from 2-4pm, will have registered county coaches on hand in an attempt to entice more players to the sport.
The Albert Road-based club is currently working hard to expand its squash section by inviting local schools to use the clubs facilities. The latest to be included in this is the Downs School.
On court, the Worcestershire boys under 15 squash team, including players from Manor Park, will this weekend travel to Norwich to participate in stage two of the national championships.
