AT the December meeting, Christine Sheen, from Bishops Itchington, entertained on her keyboard and also sang and told amusing stories.
Before lunch on January 14, a bring and buy sale was held. Members also brought along samples of their hobbies, including paintings, tapestry, knitting and embroidery.
There were also two quizzes. New member Margaret Gotrel was welcomed and presented with her membership pin and rulebook.
The next meeting on Wednesday, February 11, includes a talk with slides by Margaret Smeaton on South Atlantic and Antarctica.
