A 12-hour sermon might not be everybody's idea of fun - but a group of young parishioners has just endured one for a good cause.
The group of 12 and 13 year olds spent most of Saturday tethered to pews listening to sermons at St Luke's Church, in Headless Cross, to raise awareness of homelessness among young people.
Last year, the same group raised more than £1,000 by spending a night in the church porch.
The Rev Maureen Dew preaches to teenagers Claire Morley, Helen Adams, George Eaton, Heather Dunne and Lauren Goodyear.
