SPRING must be on the way. I see the latest thing to "take root" on Rainbow Hill is another of the dreaded speed cameras.
This has obviously been planted because the one on City Walls Road is producing an excellent "crop" of fines.
Perhaps the council could fell this thing and leave the High Street trees in peace.
