GEORGE Rooney will be forced to display his circus skills tomorrow against Bedworth United (3pm).

Suspension and injury have hit Bromsgrove Rovers, forcing the manager to juggle his side around to cover for the absence of key midfielders Grant Beckett and Ryan Mahon.

With the departures of strike duo Sam Bowen and Michael Swan also depleting his options, Rooney has little room for manoeuvre for the Dr Martens Western Division clash at the Victoria Ground.

Mark Atkinson and Paul Szewczyk will start up front while ex-Greenbacks striker Romi Cammock will be on the bench for the visit of his former club.

Ross Collins, having missed a chunk of the season with a broken leg, is back from suspension after being sent off for the reserves.

Rooney admits Bedworth will be a tough nut to crack. "They have got quite a different system to come to terms with in that they play no-one up front and two banks of five," he said. "It's designed to score points and it is working for them.

"There are obvious problems playing against a system like that. They'll have one lad that will go up front but as soon as they lose the ball he drops back.

"We'll need some craft to overcome the numerical problems. We think we've got a bit of craft to do that but it is about producing it on the day."
