I WAS astounded when I read P J Mayne's criticism about a bias regarding letters on the subject of hunting.
In my experience, both pro-hunting and anti-hunting letters are given equal prominence.
I am very firmly in the anti-hunting court and I can assure Mr Mayne that not all of my letters have been published and some have had the most gory details edited out.
It is very clearly stated that it is the Editor's right to edit or refuse publication and we must all abide by that.
