ESTATE agent boss Andrew Grant stands proudly with St Richard Hospice's fund-raising team.
The hospice announced Mr Grant would be heading their appeal to raise the remaining cash for their proposed new £5.25m care centre on Thursday, after they were granted planning permission to build it on three acres of land at Wildwood Drive off Spetchley Road, Worcester.
