DON'T forget to get your tickets for the ceilidh on Saturday, January 24, starting at 8pm with music by Ringerike. Tickets are being limited to 100 to give adequate space for dancing. The cost, which includes a ploughman's supper, is £6 for adults, £3 for children and also a bargain family ticket for £15. Tickets are on sale in advance through hall committee members and Allan Wood on 01531 633698.
The new chairs for the Memorial Hall have arrived, complete with a trolley for moving them. They were bought with a grant from Awards for All (part of the National Lottery) and will be a valuable addition to the seating in the hall, both in numbers and comfort. The old metal chairs have been donated to other organisations in Ledbury.
