NEW yellow lines have been put down outside Bidford Primary School to stop cars blocking the view of children crossing the road.
County councillor Peter Barnes has been campaigning for the new road markings next to the speed bumps in Bramley Way to stop cars parking in the road and blocking the view of the lollipop lady and school pupils.
After permission was given by nearby residents, the county council completed the work just as pupils were returning to school after the Christmas break.
