KIDDERMINSTER College's academy teams, run in association with Harriers' Community Scheme, are having a successful season so far.
The firsts top the West Midlands College League after beating nearest rivals Sutton 5 - 3, despite being three goals down by half-time.
A hat-trick by Ben Houghton and two from Barry Hughes ensured the points.
The women's team reached the last 16 of the National British Colleges Ladies Cup with an excellent win at Loughborough College.
A brace of goals each from Vicky Roberts and Nikki Palmer ensured a 4-1 win and an away trip to Chesterfield in the next round.
Director of the football academy, Nigel Stooke, said: "This is a fantastic start to the new year for the academy and is well deserved.
"All three teams have demonstrated first-class commitment and we're extremely proud of them."
