A 27-year-old Kidderminster man is awaiting sentence after admitting a sex assault on a woman and demanding £2,000 from her with menaces.
Paul Wyatt, of Imperial Avenue, was remanded on bail after entering his pleas at Worcester Crown Court to blackmail and indecent assault.
Judge Andrew Geddes ordered that he should enter a surety of £10,000, report twice weekly to police, stay with a friend in Bromsgrove and not enter Kidderminster.
Wyatt has denied three charges of rape, one of kidnap and one of assault by beating. Tariq Shakoor, prosecuting, said a trial was not being sought on these counts and would be dealt with at sentence.
