THE motorcyclist who died in a crash in Kidderminster on Tuesday has been identified as Stourport man Nicholas Balmer.
The accident happened at 8.10am on Tuesday on the Stourport Road in Kidderminster near to the Loom and Shuttle pub.
Mr Balmer, aged 32 of Minster Road, Stourport-on-Severn was riding a white Yamaha motorcycle in the direction of Kidderminster when it was involved in a collision with a red Vauxhall Astra travelling in the opposite direction.
Mr Balmer was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics. "At the time of this collision, the road was very busy with people travelling to work or taking children to school. They could have vital details, important in painting the picture," said PC Andy Saunders of North Worcestershire police.
