PERSHORE Swimming Club welcomed 14 new members as young swimmers in the county took up the invitation to attend a free trial evening at Pershore Leisure Centre.
"We are delighted with the response and all the newcomers really enjoyed themselves," said coach Ann Tyler. "But, with the club now entering two leagues, we still need older swimmers and youngsters in the 12-15 age group will be made most welcome."
The club's aim is to give every one a chance and if a swimmer joins they should soon be in the squad and having fun at the galas.
Anyone interested can simply turn up at the Leisure Centre at 7pm on any Tuesday or Thursday evening for a chat, some coaching and a free swim. So go along and join in the fun!
