The choir is hoping for a beautiful summer evening for its summertime concert on June 7. This is the first time the choir has put on a public concert in the summer, its other established public concerts being the Christmas concert and the Proms concert in the autumn.
The summertime concert will be held in the marquee at The Gate Hangs Well in Woodgate Road, Stoke Prior. The programme will consist of a variety of ensemble numbers and solos and duets from talented members of the choir. It will include some of the choir's special favourites, as well as some new pieces.
As usual the proceeds from the concert will go to the Primrose Hospice and Cancer Help Centre. Tickets are available from 01527 67383, 01527 578161 and 01527 546158.
