TOWNSFOLK looking to ease, rather than squeeze, back into their swimwear this summer can choose from a host of exercise classes to help them shape up.
Whether you fancy dancing the night away or expending your excess energy on a punch bag, there is a class to suit everyone.
Rhythmic residents looking to tango themselves trim should head for Richardz Dance and Fitness Centre in Rubery. The popular New Road centre has new classes on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8.30pm as well as heaps of other sessions for folk of all ages and abilities.
Latin groves and ballroom moves can also be picked up at the Catshill Dance Centre, in Gibb Lane. A new session will commence on Tuesday, January 20 at 9pm.
However, townsfolk with two left feet may prefer an energetic workout on a mini-trampoline at a Boogie Bounce session. Classes are held at St Peter's First School, in Rockhill, throughout the week from 6pm.
And residents can literally fight the flab at a boxercise class at the Padstone Centre, in Recreation Road, every Thursday from 7.30pm.
There is also yoga at Sidemoor First School every Monday and at the Old Library Centre in Droitwich on Tuesdays.
Daytime Pilates sessions start at 46 New Road, Bromsgrove, on Friday while Tai Chi starts at Amphlett Hall, in Crown Close, from next Monday.
