BROMSGROVE RFC Colts extended their winning run to four games with a 12-3 win against Bedworth at Finstall Park.
Bedworth dominated the early play and robust play caused tempers to rise and penalties given, culminating in a penalty shot converted by Bedworth's stand-off Jim Arrow.
Bromsgrove's first score came from a kick to ease the Bedworth pressure. From a tap penalty the ball was moved out to Crook who fed inside to prop Edgington to cross the line. Crook missed the conversion.
Within two minutes Bromsgrove extended their lead when Oliver ran 50 metres before playing in Harper to scramble over. Crook converted.
No scores came in the second half but the Colts did lose Douglas and Gibson to the sin-bin.
